Future – Engage – Deliver (FED)

For over twenty years now, the team at Steve Radcliffe Associates has been helping grow people as leaders at all levels of organisations so they can make a bigger difference at work and at home.

The Times describes FED as ‘the no-nonsense approach shaking up the world of leadership training.’ They are known for a particular approach that captures the very best of what we’ve seen works in leadership development. We’re told it strikes a chord because it encourages everyone to see themselves as a leader and deliberately keeps things simple.

It’s all captured in a book, Leadership Plain and Simple, which is the UK’s top book on leadership.  For over four years it’s been the number one item out of more than 80,000 offered by Amazon in a search for ‘leadership’.

Henry V – Inspirational Leadership

Henry V is the story of a leader who unites his people around a common goal, overcoming many obstacles in his path on his way to achieving a remarkable victory against significant odds.

School Leaders and teachers need to be visible. They need to communicate vision and purpose in a way that inspires their teams and truly reflects their passion and commitment with authenticity.

Participants will be introduced to the story of Shakespeare’s most inspired and inspiring leader, Henry V. They then choose the leadership challenges they wish to explore.
